NI=NE / 9 Months of Winter

Effective date: October 23, 2026 Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how INX / NI=NE / 9 Months of Winter / 9MOW (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through our online storefront, Wix checkout, customer communications, and related business services.

Our website is associated with inxllc.com. This custom storefront uses Wix for catalog, cart, and checkout services.

Privacy contact: 9mow@inxexperiences.com

This policy describes our information practices. External websites and service providers may also have their own privacy notices. Using the website does not replace any consent that applicable law requires us to obtain.

2. Information We Collect

The information collected depends on how you interact with us.

  • Contact and delivery information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and delivery instructions.

  • Purchase information, such as products, quantities, selected options, order history, payment status, transaction identifiers, returns, refunds, and disputes.

  • Communications you send us, including support messages, feedback, product questions, stories, photographs, and other submissions.

  • Marketing preferences, where you sign up for promotional communications.

  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device details, request times, security events, and error reports collected through our hosting and platform services.

  • Visitor-session information used to support browsing and shopping-cart functions.

The current custom storefront supports guest browsing and shopping without a customer sign-in requirement. Wix checkout may request the information needed to process and deliver your order.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through ordinary email.

3. Payment Information

Payment information is collected through the payment services available in Wix checkout. Those services process information needed to authorize payments, prevent fraud, complete purchases, and handle refunds or disputes.

The custom storefront does not provide its own payment-card entry form. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited payment details through order-management services.

The payment methods and providers available for your purchase are identified through the checkout experience. Review the privacy information provided by the payment service you select for details about its own processing.

4. How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.

  • Maintain visitor sessions and shopping carts.

  • Process purchases, payments, deliveries, returns, and refunds.

  • Respond to support questions, complaints, and other requests.

  • Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and other service messages.

  • Send promotional communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices.

  • Administer promotions or rewards programs that we actually offer.

  • Detect fraud, investigate security issues, and prevent misuse.

  • Maintain business, tax, and accounting records.

  • Comply with applicable law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We may also process information for a purpose explained when it is collected or with your consent.

5. Browser Storage, Cookies, and Tracking

This custom storefront uses browser local storage to retain a Wix visitor-session token. That token supports a visitor shopping session and access to Wix cart services without requiring a customer account. It is browser storage, not a customer password.

Clearing browser storage may interrupt your shopping session or access to an existing cart. You can manage local storage and cookies through your browser settings.

Wix checkout and other services you visit may use cookies or similar technologies for security, payments, preferences, or other disclosed purposes. Their notices and controls apply to their services.

Our custom storefront does not directly load advertising pixels, session-recording tools, or marketing analytics tags. Wix and other services may use technologies described in their own privacy notices and available preference controls.

Where a Wix-hosted page or checkout provides cookie-preference controls, you can use those controls to manage the categories available there. Browser settings can also limit cookies and similar storage. Choices made on one browser, device, or service may not apply to another.

If we introduce additional nonessential tracking, we will provide the disclosures and obtain consent where required by applicable law. Essential shopping-session storage is used to provide the shopping functions you request.

6. Service Providers and Other Disclosures

Wix — Provides catalog, visitor-session, shopping-cart, checkout, and order-related services. Wix may process information needed to operate those functions. Wix privacy policy: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy

Replit — Hosts this custom storefront in the current Replit environment and may process technical request and service-operation information. Replit privacy policy: https://replit.com/privacy. This disclosure applies while the storefront is hosted on Replit; a native Wix-only website may have a different hosting arrangement.

Google Fonts — Supplies website fonts through requests from your browser to Google services. These requests can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser request details. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Payment providers — The payment services offered through checkout process information needed for payments, fraud checks, refunds, and disputes. The provider you use depends on the payment method you select.

Fulfillment and delivery providers — Suppliers, production partners, fulfillment services, and shipping carriers involved in your order may receive information needed to prepare and deliver it, such as your name, delivery address, contact information, and purchased items. The providers involved depend on the products and delivery destination.

Communications and other business providers — Email, customer-support, accounting, security, and other business-service providers may process information needed to perform their functions for us. When you email us, your message and contact details are processed through the email services used to send and receive that communication.

We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction such as a merger or sale. We may disclose information at your request or with your authorization.

7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Some privacy laws define “sale” broadly or treat certain advertising-related disclosures as “sharing” or processing for targeted advertising, even without payment.

We do not use this custom storefront to sell personal information to data brokers or share visitor activity through cross-context behavioral-advertising tags. Disclosures needed to provide shopping, payments, and order-related services are described in this policy.

You can contact 9mow@inxexperiences.com to exercise an applicable opt-out right or ask about our information practices. For browser-storage choices, see Section 5. Separate services, including Wix checkout, may provide their own privacy controls.

If our advertising practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notices, consent mechanisms, or opt-out controls required by applicable law.

8. Marketing Communications

If you receive marketing emails from us, you may unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or contact 9mow@inxexperiences.com.

Marketing preferences do not prevent necessary communications about purchases, deliveries, refunds, security, or privacy requests.

If text-message marketing is offered, its enrollment, consent, and opt-out details must be provided through the applicable program. Providing a telephone number for an order does not by itself constitute consent to promotional text messages.

9. Stories, Reviews, Promotions, and Rewards

Content you deliberately post in a public area may be visible to others. Do not include information you do not want made public.

Privately emailing a story, photo, or support request does not by itself make that content public. Promotional publication or reuse is subject to the permissions or terms applicable to the submission.

If you participate in a separately offered Finding Nine MOW hunt or another rewards program, we may process participation records, submissions, points, eligibility information, and redemptions. Program rules explain how to participate and how any points or rewards work. Additional privacy information will be provided where needed.

If we offer a rewards program considered a financial incentive under applicable privacy law, we will provide a separate notice and obtain any required consent.

10. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Retention depends on order and account activity, returns and disputes, tax and accounting duties, fraud prevention, security, and legal claims. Information in protected backups may remain until those backups are replaced under the relevant retention process.

Deleting browser storage does not delete order records held in Wix or by payment, fulfillment, and other service providers.

11. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to our business and the information involved to help protect personal information. No website, storage service, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Please protect your devices and credentials and use care when sending personal information online.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent; restrict or object to processing; or opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.

You may also have the right to use an authorized agent, appeal a decision about your request, or complain to an appropriate regulator. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.

To submit a request, email 9mow@inxexperiences.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records.

We may reasonably verify your identity or an agent’s authority. Do not send sensitive identity documents by ordinary email unless an appropriate verification process has been arranged.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some records may be retained to complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

13. EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where applicable data-protection laws in these regions apply, processing may be based on performing a contract, complying with a legal obligation, consent, or legitimate interests such as operating the business, assisting customers, and preventing fraud, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting lawful processing that occurred before withdrawal. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

14. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Privacy laws may differ between those countries.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant processing must use an appropriate legal mechanism. Contact 9mow@inxexperiences.com for questions about processing locations and applicable safeguards.

15. Children’s Privacy

The storefront is a general-audience shopping service and is not designed for children under 13 to submit personal information or make purchases independently. A parent or guardian should handle purchases for children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information in circumstances that require parental consent or additional protections, contact 9mow@inxexperiences.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deleting information collected without legally required consent, subject to applicable legal obligations.

16. External Links and Policy Changes

External websites, social platforms, and other third-party services have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before submitting information.

We may update this policy when our business, services, information practices, or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
